With this being a semi-solid product, bakeries can find benefits in using this for topping, coating and filling! Simply warm gently until your desired consistency is reached. However, please note, this product should not be taken about 50C.

Bakery & Patisserie
- Spin over waffles and pancakes – by gently warming and adding to a piping bag, this hazelnut filling ca be piped over baked goods!
- Enrobe pastries – After warming slightly, you can dip and enrobe your pastries before setting them in the fridge, resulting in a soft hazelnut coating.
- Piping a core filling into a muffin – by adding to a piping bag with a nozzle attached, you can create a semi-soft core in your muffins!
Troubleshooting
Oil on top of the product: The oil in this product can, so it should be stirred well before serving.
Too thick to pour: Gently warm and stir before serving, or ensure the pail is kept at room temp prior to serving.
