This is a soft caramel sauce, with a light brown colour and smooth texture.
As this is a soft product, you have the benefit of using in both filling, spreading, enrobing or drizzling applications! You need only gently warm before using to reach your desired consistency. However, please note that this should not be taken above 53C.

Bakery & Patisserie
- Drizzle over waffles and pancakes – add into your piping bag and spin atop your pastries or cakes for a rich topping.
- Enrobe your pastry products – by warming the filling slightly, you can submerge your pastry and leave to set in the fridge, resulting in a soft, rich caramel coating on your baked goods.
- Piping into a muffin – Adding to a piping bag with a nozzle attached, you can gently warm this filling, creating an indulgent caramel core.
Troubleshooting
Oil on top of the product: Oil can separate from this product, so should be stirred well before using.
Too thick to pour: Product has likely been kept in cold conditions, gently warm or move back to room temp to restore standard thickness.
