One of Valrhona's most iconic milk chocolates, Jivara is the result of marrying a moreish creamy note with notes of vanilla and malt. Developed back in 1995, Jivara was (and still is!) a standout product for offering such a strong flavour with overtones of cocoa. As it’s also part of the grand cru range, you can expect Valrhona’s finest and most distinct flavours, as with all grand cru chocolates.
