A few ideas…
This rich, intense drink is a fantastic standalone hot chocolate choice, but if you’d like to enhance the experience here are a couple of ideas:
- Top with whole fat whipped cream and honeycomb bites
- Add 1tsp of cherry puree and mix vigorously to impart a stone fruit flavour and a dark tone. A visual treat to compliment the taste. For a boozy addition, top with whipped cream and a spoonful of chopped griottines. Â
